• Account credentials may not be shared with or transferred to any other person.

Identity Verification (KYC)

365com reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Prior to withdrawal or during large transactions, any one of the following documents may be requested:

3 Betting Rules

Bet Acceptance

4 Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount is BDT 500 (five hundred taka)
• Deposits are generally credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used
• Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawal Rules

• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000 (one thousand taka)
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours.
• Withdrawals may be withheld if bonus terms and conditions have not been met
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

5 Terms & Conditions for Bonuses and Promotions

365com offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which you should read carefully before claiming.

Wagering Requirements

• Welcome bonuses typically carry a wagering requirement of 15x to 30x
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements have been met.
• Separate terms apply to winnings from free bets
• Bonus requirements must be fulfilled within 30 days of receiving the bonus

Bonus Abuse

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts found to be engaged in bonus arbitrage or systematic bonus exploitation will be closed
• 365com reserves the right to modify the bonus program at any time.

6 Responsible Gaming

• Where multiple account use or bonus abuse is proven
• Engaging in abusive behavior toward other users or 365com staff

Any eligible balance will be returned upon account closure; however, bonus funds may be forfeited.

9 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between you and 365com, please follow the process below:

• Please contact our customer support team directly in the first instance
• An initial response will be provided within 7 business days of submitting a complaint.
• Complex matters may take up to 30 business days to resolve.
• In any dispute regarding bet outcomes, 365com's system records shall be considered final and conclusive

10 Amendments to Terms & Conditions

365com reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or platform notifications.

• The date of any changes will always be shown at the top of the page
• Continuing to use the platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms
• If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may request to close your account.
